100 Book Vouchers for Students

YB Sim Tze Tzin, the ADUN for Pantai Jerejak, recently attended a prayer ceremony at the Sivan Temple in Bayan Baru, Penang.

He took the opportunity to hand out 100 book purchase vouchers to students as a gesture to encourage them to pursue education.

In his short and down-to-earth speech at the temple he stressed the importance of mastering ones mother tongue, Bahasa Malaysia and English. He added that children these days need to be able to master the usage of computers. 

YB SIm Tze Tzin reiterated that education holds the key to a successful life.

He later spoke to the media on efforts made in Penang to upgrade the conditions of Tamil schools in the state.
