Central Market fades in the waves of globalisation

Central Market or fondly known as Pasar Seni among locals has been an hub for Malaysian local arts and crafts for so many years. But in recent years this has changed.

There are lots of outlets selling foreign products. Besides being a great competitive for our local Malaysian products, these “global invasion” has taken away some of Malaysian culture from Central Market.
