Gerakan’s response to sPICE – Pt 2

Teh Leong Meng raises the first 4 out of 7 concerns pertaining to the Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (sPICE). He is the Chaiman of the Local Government Bureau in Gerakan. He is also a Quantity Surveyor by profession.

1. Why is there no transparency in disclosing T & C of the tender?
2. Is it a financial burden to tax payers?
3. Is the greenery concept suitable and practical?
4. Why conduct traffic study after signing of BOT agreement?
