All opposition political parties both at national and state levels are enthusiastic more than ever that the country is facing three by-elections within a short space of time. Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) in Sabah is no exception. Could this test the metal of the current government? 

Former Sabah Minister of Finance.  Mohd Noor Mansoor, announce that he has joined SAPP as its latest member. For him this is his second political party after BERJAYA in the 70s.
