Calm before the storm in Hulu Selangor

Kuala Kubu Bharu in Hulu Selangor becomes ground zero for the 10th by election to take place in Malaysia since the historic General Election in March 2008.

In the next 14 days, this generally idyllic, colonial style and picturesque town will become a hive of activities for politicians, activists, journalists and even tourists in our usual Malaysian style of election campaigning.

Nomination day will be on 17th April 2010 and the election day will be on the 25th April 2010.
