Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad is undertaking upgrading works at three of its RapidKL Monorail Line, namely Tun Sambanthan Station, Maharajalela Station and KL Sentral Station.
The company in a statement issued today said work was expected to be completed by January 2012, and apologized for any inconvenience caused.
Traffic and public safety arrangements or announcements, including the flagmen, blinkers, notices and signage, are being put up in place to facilitate traffic flow and ensure public safety, it said.
Another three stations – Medan Tuanku, Imbi and Raja Chulan – has already started upgrading works in September and due to be completed by Dec 2011.
“The upgrading works for all RapidKL Monorail stations are being carried out in stages and public will be notified accordingly,” the statement said.
