PuppetShoulder Music and Danceworks is presenting a charity concert this Saturday, Nov. 19th, to help raise funds for a new orphanage home under the H.E.A.R.T. Foundation.

PuppetShoulder Music and Danceworks is presenting a charity concert this Saturday, Nov. 19th, to help raise funds for a new orphanage home under the H.E.A.R.T. Foundation.

With the theme “Can’t Stop the Beat ”, some 165 students from toddlers to adults will put on an exciting and colorful show of music and dance.

There will also be a special performance by the “Joyful” choir from the Malaysian Association of the Blind.

The event will be held at the KDU University College campus in Damansara Jaya at 5.00 p.m. Tickets are priced at RM60 and RM40.

PuppetShoulder head Sonia Quah said the concert hopes to raise funds for “Persatuan Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Heart” a new project by the H.E.A.R.T Foundation.

The foundation was formed in 2007 to help poor children in developing countries go to school to empower them for the future. It has a home school in Petaling Jaya and hopes to open an orphanage in Semenyih next year. It also operates in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Myanmar and Thailand.
