SELANGOR – The Selangor state government recently organised the state level Christmas celebration at the open car-park area of Sunway Resort Hotel, Bandar Sunway.

The Selangor state government recently organised the state level Christmas celebration at the open car-park area of Sunway Resort Hotel, Bandar Sunway.

In his opening address the Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim said that Christmas is one of the many festivals celebrated by the multi-racial people of the Selangor state.

He stressed that the aim of the state government in organising such festivals are to unite and to ensure that all Selangorians are not left out in the mainstream of development in Selangor state, which includes a RM500 million development plan.

He also said that the Selangor State government will build the 3rd bridge in Klang which was promised at a cost of RM300 million but not delivered by the previous state government.

He reiterated that based on the same model promised by the previous government, he was informed that the 3rd bridge can be build at less than RM200 million, to the loud cheers of the crowd.
