Customs sets up help desk at Federation of Malaysian Manufactures HQ

The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM), in collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, has set up a Customs Help Desk at its headquarters to provide advisory services and guidance to members.

The Help Desk, manned by a senior Customs officer, will be open from 9am to 1pm every Tuesday, the FMM said in a statement.

The Help Desk will assist in resolving operational related issues encountered at the company level and also with applications for licenses and customs facilities, it added.

FMM members can arrange to have individual meetings or enquire through email.

Common issues and enquiries will be published in FMM’s “Business In Action@FMM Newsletter” for the information of members.
