Marcel SimokKota Kinabalu Befrienders will be holding a one-day seminar on ‘Handling Adolescents’, which will be followed by a workshop on ‘Positive Parenting’ at Le Meridien Hotel here, on July 16.
The seminar will be headed by deputy dean and associate professor of psychiatry, Prof. Dr. M Swamenathan Muthalagu, who has given talks on stress management, mental health and motivation topics, among others.
Dr. Swamenathan is also a consultant for the Malacca Befrienders.
