1337 Ventures revives Inno4Her accelerator for FemTech 2026

1337 Ventures relaunches Inno4Her 2026, a hybrid accelerator backing FemTech and women-led startups across Southeast Asia, with applications now open.

1337 Ventures has announced the launch of Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026, marking the return of its dedicated accelerator programme focused on FemTech innovation and women-led startups across Southeast Asia. Building on the momentum of its inaugural cohort in early 2025, the programme aims to respond to rising demand for solutions that address women’s health, wellbeing and everyday challenges, while narrowing persistent gaps in funding and support for women founders.

The 2026 edition opens its doors to early-stage startups operating in a broad range of focus areas, including fertility and reproductive health beyond tracking, menstrual and hormonal health, integrative women’s health and wellness, FemTech solutions for underserved populations, as well as women-led startups beyond the health sector. By widening its scope, Inno4Her signals an ambition to support innovation not only in clinical or health-adjacent technologies, but also in ventures where women founders are tackling structural and social challenges through scalable business models.

Hybrid accelerator designed for regional founders

Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 will run as a hybrid accelerator, combining flexibility for founders with structured, hands-on support. The programme features in-person onboarding and a physical demo day, complemented by weekly virtual mentoring sessions and regular office hours with mentors and ecosystem partners. This approach is designed to accommodate founders operating across different Southeast Asian markets while maintaining close engagement and accountability.

Participating startups will gain direct access to office hours with investors, operators and corporate partners, including Epic Angels and Microsoft for Startups. They will also be supported by experienced founders and domain experts who can provide practical guidance on product development, regulatory navigation and scaling strategies. The programme places particular emphasis on helping teams sharpen their product strategy, validate go-to-market approaches and strengthen fundraising readiness — areas that often present hurdles for early-stage women-led ventures.

Addressing gaps in women’s health innovation

The return of Inno4Her comes amid growing global attention on FemTech and women’s health innovation. According to Ingeborg Investments’ 2025 report, Investing in Healthcare’s Power Users, women are the most active and highest-spending healthcare users, yet many of their needs remain underserved. The report highlights that improving women’s health is not only a matter of equity, but also a strategic lever for reducing long-term healthcare costs and improving outcomes across entire health systems.

Against this backdrop, 1337 Ventures positions Inno4Her as both an economic and social intervention. “Inno4Her was created to give women founders better access to the resources, networks, and opportunities they need to succeed,” said Bikesh Lakhmichand, CEO and Founding Partner of 1337 Ventures. “Women drive the majority of healthcare decisions, yet FemTech and women-led startups continue to face funding and support gaps. Our first cohort proved there is deep talent and strong problem-solution fit in this region, and we are excited to back the next wave of founders in 2026.”

Applications for Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 are now open to startups across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asia region. The accelerator programme is scheduled to commence in January 2026, with selected teams expected to benefit from regional exposure, investor access and tailored mentorship.
