Enagic hosts Malaysian delegation at Osaka facility

Representatives from Malaysia’s Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) and the Direct Selling Association of Malaysia (DSAM) visited Enagic’s Osaka factory, gaining an in-depth look at the production process behind the company’s renowned water ionizer systems.

The visit was made in an effort to strengthen trade relations and gain insights into best practices in quality control and direct selling. Enagic Malaysia Sdn Bhd is the Malaysian branch of Japan-based Enagic International, a manufacturer of water ionizer systems. 

The delegation gained valuable insights of Enagic’s operations. Though manufacturing activities had ended for the day, the team were given a behind-the-scenes experience through videos and a guided tour explaining each step of the production process. 

A key highlight of the visit was the opportunity to observe the internal components of our LeveLuk machines, including the electrode plates—a crucial element of our electrolysis technology—prior to final assembly. This close-up view offered the delegation a tangible appreciation of the craftsmanship, precision, and innovation that define Enagic products.

Global direct selling success model

During the tour, we also shared an overview of Enagic’s founding philosophy, our global expansion journey, and the strong international presence of our LeveLuk Series. The delegation expressed keen interest in our business model, and we welcomed the opportunity to discuss our direct selling system and how it has successfully scaled across 28 countries and 43 branches worldwide.

The visit concluded with a live view of our global logistics in action, as completed machines were loaded for shipment to Europe—underscoring Enagic’s efficiency and international reach.
