380 students graduate from Southern College, Johor

The Southern college students can now further their final year studies at China, Taiwan and United Kingdom (UK) to complete their degree.

380 students of Southern College graduated from various disciplines in a specially organized convocation commemorating Mother’s Day.

Southern college board of director chairperson, Teo Ah Kiang expressed his sincere appreciation to the Chinese community which had donated more than RM 40 million for the development of the college in the past 20 years, during the convocation.

He also expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Higher Education whom had granted accreditation for the business, information technology, social science and media communication and engineering faculty.

The Southern college students can now further their final year studies at China, Taiwan and United Kingdom (UK) to complete their degree.

Southern college also will be getting  university college status from Ministry of Higher Education .

Recently the ministry approved the  5 years twinning  program in Traditional Chinese Medicine  degree course with Tianjing University.
