Betel leaves is very good for digestion, and also high in Calcium and a very good Aphrodisiac also

We split the nut, pour the lime powder on it, add cigarette( optional), and finally the betel leaf. Close it up and chew.
for us bua- nut, gawwed- leaf,pudo,tabako- tobacco,powder made from lime, muskada.

Idk if micronesian betel nut is the best but i tried filipino betel nuts and i gotta admit. I wasn’t impressed.
what part of the philippines did you visit and what kind of filipino betel nut did you try VISAYAN BETEL NUT,LUMAD BETEL NUT, BATANGENOS BETEL NUT,PANGGALATOT BETEL NUT OR THE CORDILLERAN BETEL NUT. because here in philippines we filipinos are not the same at making betel nut to chew
So many types of betel nut!!! No i didn’t go to phillipines, i lived in taiwan for a week with my cousin. I tried a betel nut my filipino neighbor gave me. Maybe filipino nuts are the strongest.

im from papua new guinea and it is much different, first put the nut in ur mouth, then chew for about 5 mins, then get your daka (green twig thing) and dip it in the cambang (lime/white powder stuff) and ur basically done
