National Junior Dhol Competition to encourage youngsters

KUALA LUMPUR – Johnny Kalsi the founder of The Dhol Foundation (TDF), the largest dhol institute in Great Britain will be the special judge for the event.

The National Junior Dhol Competition 2017 organized by Dholiz Malaysia is set to entertain all bhangra music and dance loves this 13th August 2017 , 1pm at the Havelly, 52 Jalan Tun Razak, KL
The competition is open to all dhol players with 2 categories which are Under 12 for those aged 6 to 12 years old and the Under 18 for those aged 13 to 18 years old. It is open to male and female participants with the goal of encouraging youngsters to excel and take their passion to another level.

There will be a RM100 entrance fee for participants with the closing date to register is 7th August 2017. The first prize for the winner is a Dhol
