Gardenia emphasises the importance of a healthy lifestyle
Ena, the spokesperson for Gardenia Bakeries, shed light on the program’s objectives, highlighting the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle among schools. She emphasized the need to instil healthy eating habits from a young age, ensuring they become lifelong practices.
The campaign’s hashtag, #BreakThroughAllBarriers, plays a crucial role in guiding students to make better eating choices while fostering a resilient mindset. By embracing these traits, students can cultivate discipline as they overcome life’s challenges.
The program targets 69,000 students from 55 selected secondary schools across Peninsular Malaysia, specifically catering to participants aged 13 to 17. It kicks off with the engaging 8CTIVETM School Tour, which includes on-ground activities like educational talks and fun interactive games.
These activities aim to spread awareness about the importance of healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. To serve as constant reminders, posters and signs promoting healthy eating are displayed in school canteens and around the school compound.
Furthermore, students are encouraged to participate in the program’s captivating social media competition. Using the hashtags #MengatasiSetiapHalangan and #BreakThroughAllBarriers, students are invited to share videos or photos showcasing their daily routines
