MONTI’s “San Valentino” romantic delights

Embark on the ultimate romantic dining experience at MONTI, where the exclusive ‘San Valentino’ Menu takes centre stage. Priced at RM418++ for non-window seating and RM476++ for window seating, this 5-course culinary journey is meticulously curated for the occasion.

A sensory prelude begins with Scallop à la Plancha, a perfect fusion of seared scallops, Crispy Beef Prosciutto, and the velvety richness of Sicilian Bottarga.

The gastronomic journey continues with MONTI’s house-made Cappelletti ‘Alla Mantovana’, featuring Burnt Butter Sage, Beetroot, Mostarda, and Parmesan Cream.

Guests can choose between the Cod à la Plancha, paired with polenta, parsley oil, and fresh seasonal truffle, or the short ribs, sous vide to perfection and layered with Valrhona dark chocolate and beef jus.

The culinary odyssey concludes with a local twist on the Italian classic – Rose Tiramisu, featuring layers of Mascarpone, Sabayon, and Savoiardi Biscuits.

FLNT beckons couples to embark on a gastronomical love story with its Valentine’s Day Set Menu, priced at RM145++ per person.

This unique menu showcases the harmonious fusion of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine. The culinary journey unfolds with the exhilarating Salmon Tartare, complemented by Quinoa Shio Kombu and a modern twist on Peruvian Aji Amarillo.

As the love story continues, FLNT presents Beef Fillet Saltado, Kohitsuji Yaki, and Miso Red Snapper, each dish a chapter in a romantic saga. Lavender Chocolate Cremeux and Jasmine Vanilla Cheesecake offer a flavourful symphony, while heart-shaped Dark Chocolate Mousse concludes the Valentine’s Couples Set Menu at RM196++ per couple in Wildseed Bistro.

The romantic climax reaches its dizzying heights at 1-Altitude Rooftop Bar, offering the ‘Sunset’ Valentine’s Platter at RM160++ per couple. Grilled Spiced Shrimp, Rosemary Chicken Rolls, and divine Berries Crostini create an exciting assortment perfect for snacking, complemented by a Valentine’s Cocktail/Mocktail.
