This milestone event saw over RM350,000 worth of rewards distributed, highlighting foodpanda’s commitment to supporting its rider network.

At the heart of the celebration were giveaways and prizes that showcased foodpanda’s gratitude towards its riders.

Top performers and lucky winners took home exciting rewards, including scooters, cash prizes, and more.

foodpanda’s Panda Fiesta brought together nearly 4,000 delivery partners and their families for a day of camaraderie and celebration.

Among the many highlights, 30 lucky walkers won scooters worth RM1,700 each, while the top 500 riders received a share of RM250,000 in cash prizes.

“These rewards reflect our appreciation for our delivery partners’ hard work and dedication throughout 2024,” said Tan Ming Luk, Managing Director of foodpanda Malaysia.

“Our riders are the cornerstone of our success. Through initiatives like Panda Fiesta, we aim to foster job satisfaction, encourage growth, and build a brighter future together.”

The event also marked the announcement of a new partnership with PERKESO, benefiting over 8,000 riders with insurance coverage worth nearly RM200,000.

This collaboration underscores foodpanda’s commitment to the welfare and security of its delivery partners.

Panda Fiesta wasn’t just about rewards—it was a day filled with engaging activities for families.

From a Ghost House experience to a Tug-of-War, Sumo Costume Relay Races, and Giant Jenga, the event provided fun for all ages.

Attendees also enjoyed lucky draws with prizes like gold bars, smartphones, and JBL headphones, valued at RM40,000.

Tan added, “This celebration is part of the panda hearts program, focusing on well-being, safety, personal development, and community welfare.

By investing in our riders, we’re building a stronger ecosystem that benefits everyone.”

Partners like Nasi Lemak Saleha, PolicyStreet, and Courts Malaysia played a pivotal role in making the event memorable.
