EMARQUE’s Shark X, a first for Malaysia, captivated tech enthusiasts with its debut. Its curved, asymmetrical chassis, lacking standard motherboard trays, demanded meticulous customization.
Every component was carefully integrated to ensure flawless performance within the artistic frame, making this one of EMARQUE’s most ambitious projects.
Kiri Kaniathran, EMARQUE’s founder and CEO, praised the build’s significance. “The Shark X is more than tech—it’s art, personal, and a statement,” he said.
“Inspired by our Sneaker X, our client pushed us to deliver something truly unique for Malaysia.”
The client, a gamer in his mid-30s, had a clear vision. “I wanted something no one in Malaysia had yet,” he said.
“Shark X is bold, powerful, and one of a kind.”
His ambition drove EMARQUE to craft a system that excels as both a gaming powerhouse and a creative workstation.
The Shark X features top-tier components: an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU, ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 OC GPU, and 64GB GSkill Trident Z Royal DDR5 memory.
Dual 2TB WD Black SN850X SSDs offer 4TB storage, cooled by a customized Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ATMOS. A Corsair SF1000L 1000W power supply ensures reliability.
Costing RM33,198, the build pairs with a 57-inch Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 G95NC monitor, valued at RM9,000, totaling over RM42,000.
