Held in Negeri Sembilan, this volunteer initiative inspired students with career forums and STEM training while uniting communities through cooking and sports.

Ungku Omar College’s youth empowerment
Ungku Omar College sparked ambition at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Pasoh 2 with a career direction forum. “Students explored various educational routes,” the council noted.
Forms 1 to 5 students discovered post-SPM pathways, igniting dreams of higher education.
Moreover, STEM group training captivated young minds.
“We aimed to inspire curiosity,” the council shared.
This hands-on approach introduced science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, aligning with Malaysia’s innovation goals.
On the final day, Ungku Omar College handed over hydroponic plants at Masjid Al Huda.
“This handover promotes community self-reliance,” the council emphasised.
Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias, Negeri Sembilan Exco, attended, underscoring the event’s significance.
Additionally, a tahlil ceremony strengthened spiritual bonds.
“It strengthened our bond with residents,” the council said.

Ungku Omar College united residents through a communal cooking activity, or rewang.
“This activity built strong connections,” the council reported. Students and foster families cooked together, supported by Yasiruddin Hashim’s Felda Pasoh 2 Youth Council.
Furthermore, sports activities fostered joy and teamwork.
“Participation was highly satisfactory,” the council noted.
These games connected villagers and students, creating cherished memories.
On 28 April 2025, Ungku Omar College presented souvenirs to Azlan bin Haji Ismail, village head. “This gesture thanked the community,” the council said.
The ceremony celebrated collaboration and respect.
