HINDRAF chief accorded heroic welcome

The much acclaimed and well respected HINDRAF leader, Waytha Moorthy, was accorded a heroic welcome by some 350 hundred supporters and well-wishers including several Johor non-governmental organisations representatives at the Karumariamman temple, in Taman Dato Chellam, Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, here, recently .

Waytha and his delegation  arrived  at the temple just about 5pm followed by a short prayer session conducted by the temple chief priest.

Shortly after the prayer session, he was ushered into the temple function hall where he briefed the crowd on HINDRAF’s current challenges and its future plan in protecting the poor and  underprivileged Malaysian of Indian origin.
