Inspector General of Police Ismail Omar said the new initiatives would be announced by his deputy Khalid Abu Bakar in three days.

“Changes will include issuing summons on the spot to traffic offenders, especially for over speeding. This will serve as a warning and reminder to other motorists,” he said after giving over Hari Raya goodies to police personnel who will be on duty in Bukit Aman during Hari Raya.
