Seven foreigners were detained in two Thai massage parlours in Kulai Jaya purportedly owned by a business man with a Datukship.
Six Thai and one Indonesian nationals were detained by the Johor Immigration Department yesterday for working under social passes.
The women aged between 34 and 42, were working as masseurs in the massage parlours, which offer foot and body massages.
Assistant Director, Hamzari Abdul Jalil said separate raids were done simultaneously on the two locations. The raids, one in Taman Desamas and the other in Bandar Putra, were conducted following tips from the public.
The raids involved 20 personnels from the enforcement division of the Johor Immigration Department, together with personnel from the Sultan Abu Bakar Immigration Complex (2nd Link).
