The General Conference for the support of Al Quds was held in Kuala Lumpur on 20-21 January 2010. More than 150 representative from 18 Muslim countries participated. It was officiated by former Prime Minister Malaysia, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. They are here to review and work together in joint cooperation to declare their full and dedicated support of Al-Quds and the legitimate struggle of the Palestinians to defend their sovereignty over Al Quds and its holy sites.
