The centre, which will be divided into seven zones namely construction, soft and hard landscapes; farm in the city and many more will have its own unique entertainment zone as well as a petting zoo, where families can bring their children to experience nature at its best.

The strategic location will be providing a better option for the public to find all of their needs as well as providing business opportunities for business owners within the industry with an expected turn out of 750,000 visitors per year.

Popular local DJ, actor and TV host, who is also the co-founder of the project, Jack Lim said that, “I am 100% confident of the whole project. It took us three to four years of research and building the concept; and a year plus on execution alone. I hope we can build something similar like Garden Explore throughout Malaysia.”

The commercial development is a joint venture between Tempo Properties Sdn Bhd and Eksons Corporation Berhad, under the lease arrangement with Green Atmosphere Sdn Bhd.

The RM20 million project will begin its construction March next year and is believed to further boost the development and economy of the state of Selangor. The registration for tenancy booking is expected to launch in March 2011.
