Wheelchair-bound kid finally gets to visit a zoo

Several of Kuala Lumpur’s most decorated organizations have come to together with the Children’s Wish Society of Malaysia (CWS) in order to make the wish of a 10-year-old boy from Miri come true.

10-year-old Mohammad Nuraliff Omar is a wheelchair-bound kid who suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), and his most profound wish is to visit a zoo, a facility that doesn’t exist back at his hometown.

Thus, CWS with the help and sponsorship of several organizations have organized for Nuraliff a trip to the metropolitan heart of the country so that could finally visit a zoo and also the Aquaria KLCC.

Having arrived at the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) yesterday via an Air Asia flight, Nuraliff along with his parents, Omar Bin Bakar, 55, and Nur Hidhayatul Farhanna Bte Abdullah, 38 will spend the weekend at the capital city before leaving back for Miri tomorrow evening.

Today, they will be brought to Aquaria KLCC before heading to Zoo Negara tomorrow to finally fulfill the wish of the 10-year-old muscular syndrome patient.

Apart from that, The Tanjong Golden Village (TGV) cinemas of Sunway Pyramid will also be sponsoring a movie this afternoon, whilst the Sunway Pyramid management would later sponsor dinner for Nuraliff and his parents.

They are currently stationed at the Empire Hotel in Subang Jaya, where the hotel is also sponsoring their 3 days 2 nights stay at their premises.
