Lee-Jean FungMIM Toastmasters Club of Johor Bahru organised a Youth Leadership program (YLP) on 10th & 11th December 2011 at the Fun Centre, Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru.
15 youths aged between 11 to 17 participated in this program. The co-ordinator Charlotte Goh said, “Every young person has the potential to become a good communicator and leader, but this potential needs to be developed.
The program’s unique eight-session, workshop-style design enables participants to develop this potential through practical experience. Participants increase their self-confidence as they learn. They also make new friends and have fun”.
