Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng has instructed MPPP to stop all PERDA’s projects at Balik Pulau after an investigation showed that the cause of the recent flash flood was a result of poor drainage. Lim added that PERDA is restricted to build proper drainage before continuing with its housing projects.
