Domino’s introduces latest Pulled-Meat Pizzas

Domino’s Pizza Malaysia has officially unveiled the latest 5-star premium pizza range at Evolved Concept Mall, Ara Damasara in Petaling Jaya recently.

The new Pulled-Meat Pizzas is introduced in two options, the Pulled-Beef Pizza and Pulled-Chicken Pizza.

The launch also featured Domino’s brand new video of ‘It’s All About You”.

The Pulled-Beef Pizza features tender pulled meat briskets drenched in a flavourful Chipotle sauce along with capsicums and red chillies for the sweet and spicy kick, while the Pulled-Chicken Pizza highlights the pulled chicken breasts paired with Chipotle sauce, cherry tomatoes and caramelised pineapple rings that create a well-balance sweet and savoury combination in every bite.

The secret to the tender meat is the 5-hour cooking procedure. It starts off with the marination to infuse the flavours into the meat’s pores followed by a 15-minute ‘tumbling’ process to massage the meat. It is then oven-braised for at least five hours until it falls apart, ready to be easily shredded or ‘pulled’ apart to serve.

Domino’s Pizza Malaysia & Singapore marketing vice president Linda Hassan said the latest innovation was part of 6-month product development effort to achieve the right flavour and perfect meat texture to serve customers with the best tasting pizzas.
