“It was an honour for me to be able to participate as a judge in the Mr, Miss & Mrs India The Exotic World 2019 pageant. I was appointed head judge. I feel I was chosen because I have proven myself in the international fields. I challenge myself in many ways. I have a very good social media presence and I think they felt my experience would make an excellent contribution and would be an inspiration to these young contestants of which a lot were in their teens,” said Ammetta to Citizen Journalists Malaysia (CJMY) on her return home from India.

Ammetta Malhotra is taking her work to new heights. She is a judge in the Mr, Miss & Mrs India The Exotic World 2019 pageant.

Ammetta said the finalists were judged on their walk, poise, natural beauty, stage presence and ability to answer challenging questions during the Q&A round.

“This was my very first time judging a pageant. It’s never easy because it’s a subjective judgement. One person’s idea of beauty may not be another person’s idea. A lot of time we judge beauty based on what we are used to according to our own culture and race.

“I look for a contestant who is natural, genuine, open, passionate, intelligent and who is confident yet humble.

“I had so much fun. This was one of the best experiences of my life and I truly enjoyed the amazing Indian hospitality,” added Ammetta.

Ammetta certainly won Malaysian hearts as she judged the competition to the best of her ability.
