“The competition runs over a course of three days where you really get to meet the delegates. You are competing with the crème de la crème of beauty queens from all over the world. So actually I didn’t feel confident at all but I felt good and confident that I had put in my best. This time I came to this competition super prepared from the image to the talent,” she added.

A rehabilitation specialist and owner of a well established Target Fitness PJ, Ammetta described her participation at the Mrs Classic Universe pageant in Bulgaria as an unforgettable lifetime experience.

“I learned that beauty is subjective and that we have to let our inner beauty and soul shine through. The judges are looking for that X factor that sets you apart and that you carry your title not only on that day but in all your everyday interactions with people. I’m extremely grateful to have some of the most amazing, genuinely beautiful women whom I will be friends with for the rest of my life.

“I learned that winning is not really the most important thing but the invaluable experience of doing something out of the box that grows and challenges you is more important,” she said.

Ammetta started her career as an English Literature tutor before making her life’s passion her career. The natural-born athlete is well known for her signature 12-week bikini programme that has made hundreds of ladies achieved a fit, well toned curvy female body that they wanted.
