Teachers’ Day: Domino’s honours teachers with free pizzas

Domino’s Pizza Malaysia distributed over 100 pizzas to 100 teachers nationwide, as a gesture of its appreciation for their contribution

Teachers’ Day, celebrated on May 16 in Malaysia, is a special day for the appreciation of teachers who have an impact in our lives long after we leave our schooling years. Their contribution and guidance shape a person’s mindset, personality and confidence to reach for their dreams.

In conjunction with Teachers Day, Domino’s Pizza Malaysia commemorated and honoured the members of this noble profession by distributing over 100 delectable pizzas to 100 teachers nationwide, as a gesture of its appreciation for their contribution, love and support as they shape the future leaders of the nation.

“Teachers play an integral role in our lives as they mold the next generation. With schools being closed amid the current Covid-19 situation, we are aware that teachers are still actively carrying out e-learning through various platforms. This goes to show that even a pandemic can’t break their spirits and passion for teaching their students and for this we truly salute all teachers,” said Linda Hassan, group chief marketing officer of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia and Singapore

Your creativity, adaptive strategies and care for our children is truly admirable.
