Rest in Peace, Kalwant

Kalwant Singh,31, was executed this morning at the Changi Prison after the Singapore Court of Appeal dismissed the final appeal.

Singapore Journalist Kirsten Han wrote in her twitter: “I am sad to be able to confirm the executions of both Kalwant Singh and Norasharee bin Gous. Both families have been handed their belongings and death certificates.”

There will be a short wake for Kalwant at 38 Sin Ming Drive, #01-531 Singapore 575712, from 1-3 pm.

Kalwant was executed with Singaporean Norasharee bin Gous,

He was arrested when he was 23 and convicted of possessing 60.15gm of diamorphine and trafficking 120.9gm of the drug.
