AniManGaki line up for 2022
Two years of pandemic reduced AniManGaki to online events. The last AniManGaki convention event was in 2019.
However, this year’s event will offset all the anguish for anime, comic and manga lovers.
“We have international guests, like YouTuber Emirichu, webcomic artist RandoWis, and Witch Hat Atelier mangaka Shirahama Kamome for this year’s convention.
“The community members would also have an opportunity to meet the panels and get autographs from the guests,” said Yvonne during an interview with Citizens Journal.
Apart from that, Codashop will be bringing popular content creators such as LeJosette and Ceddy.
Meanwhile, Logitech G will present cosplayers like Eclair-Nyanko and Mochii.
Some of the best cosplayers in the local scene and abroad, including Baobao, Angie, Ying Tze, Yosuke, Hikarin, and Sushi Cosplayer, will be at the Cosplayer Alley.
Pure excitement awaits the Otakus.
This year’s edition will also feature Animangaki Idol on the first day and a Cosplay competition on the second day.
Moreover, Anisong singer Mindaryn will have an autograph signing session on the first day, followed by award-winning mangaka Shirahama Kamome’s live panel and autograph signing session.
Randowis will have a live drawing panel on the second day with a Q&A session. Another live drawing session by Shirahama Kamome will happen on the second day.
Meanwhile, Internet celebrity Emirichu will meet the fans on the second day.
Apart from these main events, the attendees can also participate in workshops such as props making, flash photography, tutorial sessions and many more.
Attendees can also visit the Genshin Impact, PUBG Mobile, GigaBash and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero booths.
For fighting game fans, there will be tournaments for Tekken 7, Guilty Gear Strive and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, organised by Infinite Carnage.
Live performances from acts like The Oni Sons, Ray Mak, Project Coser: Very Jepang, Meels, Amelia Khor, O2Pro, and many more will be one of the highlights of this year’s convention.
The final day will conclude with Odottemita Random Dance Party featuring DJ Taka Kazuki.
