Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH), one of Malaysia’s most esteemed institutions, has partnered strategically with Firefly Airlines to promote medical tourism. A formal signing ceremony to establish their collaboration was held on February 17, 2023, at Aryaduta Medan.
The partnership aims to provide Indonesian travellers with greater opportunities to visit Penang while obtaining medical care. The cooperation also seeks to bring in medical tourists from other countries to get top-notch medical treatment in Penang, according to Ronald Koh Wah Heng, president and CEO of Penang Adventist Hospital.
Firefly’s new route between Medan and Penang had its debut flight, which Wah Heng and Captain Hamdan Che Ismail, COO of Firefly, attended.
