The Banquet of Hoshena at Graze Hilton Kuala Lumpur offers an immersive dining experience like no other.
Set against the backdrop of a fascinating narrative, guests will be captivated by a mystical land brought to life through a combination of flavours, emotions, and a sprinkle of magic. Each dish in the sumptuous eight-course menu represents a different emotion, artfully intertwining taste and storytelling.
Created by Nadine Behsir of Dinner Time Story, the Banquet of Hoshena has already garnered acclaim in various global cities. Now, it makes its debut in Malaysia with DITS ASIA GROUP, a renowned company specializing in crafting extraordinary human experiences worldwide.
Guests will be surrounded by enchanting sets, illusions, and clever props, creating a truly immersive and sensory dining experience.
A gastronomic journey at Graze Hilton Kuala Lumpur
Graze Hilton Kuala Lumpur is excited to host the Banquet of Hoshena, offering guests a truly memorable dining adventure.
The experience begins in July, with tickets available for purchase from June. Priced at RM450 nett per adult and RM360 nett per child, the Banquet of Hoshena encourages family dining, and a special Junior Hoshena kid’s menu is available on weekends for lunch.
For those seeking a premium experience, the Premium Menu is available at RM650 nett per person, and a vegetarian menu can be requested.
The eight-course menu features a delightful array of dishes, including Fried Sicilian Lobster Arancini, Australian Wagyu MBS 6 Beef Medallion, Poached Chilean Black Cod, and indulgent desserts like Sfere di Tiramisu.
Each dish showcases signature creations using premium ingredients, ensuring a symphony of flavours that will leave diners craving for more.
