GWM Malaysia strengthens presence with new 4S service centres

GWM Malaysia celebrates the grand opening of two new 4S service centres in Butterworth, Penang, and Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

GWM Malaysia proudly announces the inauguration of two state-of-the-art 4S service centres in Butterworth, Penang, and Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

In collaboration with dealer partners CS Euro Auto Sdn Bhd and Seremban Victory Credit Sdn Bhd, GWM is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences throughout Peninsular Malaysia, catering to the needs of local communities in these two states.

GWM Malaysia milestone achievement

Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook graced the opening ceremony of Seremban Victory Credit Sdn Bhd, signifying a significant milestone for GWM. This event showcases the brand’s commitment to expanding its dealer network and promoting the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in Malaysia.

Mike Cui, Managing Director of GWM Malaysia, expressed his gratitude for Minister Loke’s presence, highlighting the strategic importance of the new 4S service centre in Seremban. The expansion aims to accommodate the increasing number of people relocating from cities to suburban areas and address the growing demand for EVs.

Loke recently acknowledged concerns regarding the potential increase in road tax for EVs after the current exemption policy expires in 2025. However, he assured the public that the government is committed to aligning its policies with the objective of promoting EV adoption.

To address these concerns, the government plans to provide clear and transparent information about the road tax calculation for EVs, offering potential buyers direct answers soon.

EV focus and sustainable objectives

The GWM Seremban 4S centre stands out for its emphasis on EV adoption, catering to the rising demand for GWM electric vehicles in Negeri Sembilan. The centre not only offers the latest lineup of new energy vehicles but also provides comprehensive aftersales services.

This aligns with GWM’s commitment to support the Malaysian government’s vision of becoming a carbon-neutral nation by 2050. The initiative also aligns with the government’s goal of achieving a 15% total industry volume (TIV) for EVs and hybrids by 2030.

GWM’s genuine spare parts ensure the longevity and performance of the vehicles, ensuring peace of mind for customers.

GWM Malaysia’s new 4S service centres in Penang and Seremban represent the brand’s commitment to expanding its reach and enhancing customer satisfaction. By establishing these centres, GWM aims to provide convenient access to support services for existing and future GWM owners.

The company continues to build trust and loyalty among its customers by offering comprehensive after-sales support and maintaining a strong service network.
