IJM Land Bhd is gearing up to launch the much-anticipated Nexus, a new commercial hub in Seremban 2 (S2) this quarter. Spanning 21.41 acres, the project is expected to make a significant impact in the region’s commercial landscape, with a gross development value of RM300 million.
