This national competition transcends physical appearances to emphasize the powerful mission of “Beauty with a Purpose.”

The contestants are advocates of positive change, dedicating themselves to uplift disadvantaged families, empower vulnerable communities, and spread compassion to those in need.

The Miss World Malaysia 2023 Beauty Festival goes beyond aesthetics, highlighting the profound impact of beauty that aims to make a difference. Backed by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Environment Sabah, the event focuses on the contestants’ philanthropic endeavours and their commitment to uplifting lives.

Collaboration is at the heart of this initiative, with the Miss World Malaysia Organization partnering with organizations like Yayasan Nur Jauhar, Sabah Thalassaemia Society, and the Palliative Care Association. Together, they embark on a mission of compassion and support for those facing challenges.

A key aspect of this effort is fulfilling the wishlists of children battling cancer, aiming to bring them joy and strength.

The event’s organizers, including Dr. Sean Wong PBM, CEO of HyperLive Entertainment and National Director of Miss World Malaysia, and other dedicated individuals, showcase unwavering commitment to community service.

The presence of Julia Morley CBE, Chairman and CEO of the Miss World Organization, and reigning Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska adds a special touch to the event, reflecting their genuine affection for Sabah and its people. Their experiences are set to inspire compassion and positive change among all participants.

The Grand Coronation Night on August 25th, followed by the Charity Gala and Awards Dinner on August 26th, invite business leaders and association heads to actively engage in this movement for positive transformation.

As the Miss World Malaysia 2023 Grand Finals approach on August 25th at the Sabah International Convention Centre, the spotlight shines on 14 exceptional finalists. The finalists include Adlyn Jayne Andrew from Selangor, Ellesha Meschille from Sabah, Lyna Tan from Selangor, Maria Misha from Sarawak, Natalie Ang from Penang, Priya DK from Selangor, Rebecca Shalom from Johor, Saroop Roshi from Perak, Shu Wen Chai from Sabah, Sisnitha from Penang, Soen Tan from Sabah, Vaishanavi from Selangor, Xiao Zi from Pahang, and Yvete Jace from Sabah.
