FWD Insurance Berhad has introduced its latest brand campaign, “Celebrate Easy. Celebrate Living“, as part of their mission to change the way people perceive insurance.

The campaign aims to convey the idea that insurance can be straightforward and can enable Malaysians to enjoy life to the fullest. This brand campaign seeks to reinforce the notion that insurance can be uncomplicated, providing the necessary protection to live life on one’s own terms.

FWD Insurance is set to revolutionise the traditional insurance industry by offering innovative propositions and products that are easy to comprehend, all while harnessing the power of digital technology.

Aman Chowla, the CEO of FWD Insurance, emphasises the commitment to simplifying the insurance journey for customers, making it faster and more convenient.

In line with this, the company has introduced two new regular premium investment-linked products: FWD WealthLink and FWD WealthLink Pro.

FWD WealthLink offers a unique feature with a 10% increase in coverage every five years, ultimately boosting protection for customers and their loved ones by up to 50% of their original coverage.

On the other hand, FWD WealthLink Pro presents a wealth bonus to policyholders. They will receive 8% of their coverage at the end of their 20th policy year, along with 4% of their coverage every 10 years thereafter, credited into their Investment Account.

Furthermore, customers will gain an extra 400% coverage payable in case of accidental death due to natural disasters.

The company plans to introduce more user-friendly and customer-centric offerings that are easy to understand, purchase, claim, engage with, and appreciate. FWD Insurance is dedicated to putting its customers at the forefront of its operations, ensuring that their needs are met at every stage of life.

A new rider, FWD Medi First, can be attached to FWD WealthLink, offering comprehensive medical coverage for hospitalisation, surgical, and medical expenses. It also includes an inflation shield against rising hospital room and board costs, providing peace of mind for customers.

Both FWD WealthLink and FWD WealthLink Pro ensure a no-lapse guarantee for five years, extended total and permanent disability coverage up to age 75, and the option to attach various comprehensive riders, such as FWD CI Intense Shield, FWD IL Personal Accident, and FWD Living Extra, to cover critical illnesses and ensure continued coverage.

FWD Insurance’s “Celebrate Easy. Celebrate Living” campaign is currently live across various media platforms in Malaysia, including digital billboards, social media, and radio. The campaign, running until 31 December 2023, aims to reshape the way Malaysians view insurance by making it accessible, straightforward, and empowering.
