German home appliance giant, Bosch, has officially opened its first-ever Bosch Flagship Experience Centre in Malaysia.
The centre, located in Damansara Utama, Selangor, embodies Bosch’s commitment to providing a unique and interactive experience for its customers.
Focus on customer experience and innovation
“Our primary focus is on people,” said Gary Te, Chief Executive Officer of Bosch Home Appliances Malaysia.
“We aim to empower our consumers with an up-close experience of using Bosch home appliances.”
This philosophy is evident throughout the 7,000 sq ft centre, designed to resemble a modern-day contemporary home.
Visitors can explore the complete range of Bosch home appliances, including the latest series 8 ovens with AI-powered automation and the Bosch Home Connect corner showcasing smart home integration.

The opening of this flagship experience centre underscores Bosch’s long-term commitment to the Malaysian market.
With a presence spanning over a century, Bosch sees significant potential in the region.
