Leading online food and grocery delivery platform, foodpanda Malaysia, concluded its “Bonus Akhir Tahun” incentive programme.

“Bonus Akhir Tahun” rewarded 70 top-performing riders with brand-new motorcycles and over RM100,000 in cash prizes.

This initiative highlights foodpanda’s commitment to elevating job satisfaction and fostering a culture of excellence within its nationwide delivery network.

The “Bonus Akhir Tahun” competition, held from November 11 to December 31, 2023, awarded coveted prizes to outstanding riders.

These included 14 brand-new Modenas Kriss 110 motorcycles, helmets, and cash rewards ranging from RM2,500 to RM1,500.

Riders qualified for the competition by fulfilling specific criteria, demonstrating their dedication and commitment: completing a minimum of 800 orders during the bonus period, maintaining a 90% order acceptance rate, and exhibiting exemplary conduct.

Shubham Saran, Head of Logistics at foodpanda Malaysia, emphasised, “We aim to foster a spirit of healthy competition and boost morale, recognising the indispensable role our riders play in our achievements.”

Riders share gratitude and appreciation

Abdul Rahman bin Dollah from Pahang, the competition winner, shared his story: “Winning the top prize and this fantastic motorbike exceeded my expectations!

This marks a significant moment in my 3-year journey with foodpanda, proving hard work truly pays off.”

Another winner, Ahmad Nasri bin Roseli from Klang Valley, echoed similar sentiments: “Being recognised and exceeding my daily delivery goals throughout the competition have paid off.

This win makes celebrating my foodpanda anniversary even more special.”
