KL Wellness City (KLWC), the trailblazing master township developer in wellness and healthcare in Southeast Asia, welcomed guests with open arms at its vibrant Raya Open House on April 18, 2024. This festive gathering marked the culmination of the significant Raya Campaign launch event held on March 14, 2024, showcasing a blend of cultural richness and community spirit.

The event kicked off with a captivating “Pantun” recitation by Dato’ Sri Vincent Tiew, Executive Director (Branding, Sales & Marketing) of KLWC, setting the tone for the day’s festivities. Guests were treated to a plethora of activities and entertainment, including live performances by the talented 3pcs Busker Band, creating an engaging atmosphere for all attendees. The event featured live food stations offering a diverse range of traditional local delicacies and an all-day buffet, ensuring guests enjoyed a culinary journey through Malaysian flavors.

Esteemed guests, including Tourism Malaysia’s representative, En. Mohd Roslan Bin Abdullah, and Dr. Mohamed Ali Abu Bakar, CEO of the Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council, graced the occasion. Their presence underscored the importance of healthcare and wellness in the community, aligning with KLWC’s mission to promote Malaysia as a premier tourist destination and showcase excellence in healthcare and wellness services.

“Duit Raya” distribution to underprivileged children

In a heartwarming gesture, KL Wellness City embraced the spirit of giving by distributing “duit raya” to more than 100 children from five different homes, reaffirming its dedication to uplifting the lives of those in need. Each orphanage home received RM2,000 in contributions, totaling RM10,000. These collaborative efforts reflect KL Wellness City’s commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need and spreading joy during this festive season.
