The soon-to-be-completed East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), located approximately 2km from Alam Suria’s city centre, will significantly boost connectivity and market growth.
The 665 km-long railway, scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, will reduce travel time between Kota Bharu and Kuala Lumpur to just four hours, enhancing accessibility across Malaysia.
The ECRL Puncak Alam Passenger Station, strategically positioned within Alam Suria, is expected to become a vital hub.
Located near Jalan Ambang Suria, the station will connect residents to KL city centre via the Kelana Jaya LRT link.

One of Alam Suria’s highlights is Daffodil Residency, an 18-storey apartment complex embodying contemporary tropical living.
