Speed’s wild visit to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
Fans in Malaysia were eager to catch a glimpse of IShowSpeed as he toured some of the city’s most popular spots.
During his visit to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Speed was met by hundreds of fans who mobbed him as he made his way through the shopping mall.
When Speed dined at the ‘Fuiyoh! It’s Uncle Roger’ restaurant, the situation escalated to the point where the restaurant’s management had to close its doors due to the swelling crowd outside.
During his live stream on YouTube, which peaked at nearly 328,000 viewers.
The cameraman also documented the chaotic scene as Speed and his bodyguards helped a restaurant customer who had become separated from her sibling and was experiencing a panic attack.
Despite the mounting pressure from fans, Speed took a moment to savour Uncle Roger’s famous fried rice and even performed a backflip to show his approval of the dish.
While ‘trapped’ inside the restaurant, IShowSpeed connected with Malaysian-born comedian Nigel Ng, known internationally as Uncle Roger, via video call.
Speed enjoyed fried rice while engaging with his viewers, remarking on the intense reception from his Malaysian fanbase.
“In terms of craziness, out of the whole tour, this might be number one,” he said, reflecting on the overwhelming response.
