Supernewsroom.AI expands AI visibility tools with Claude integration

AI search is reshaping brand discovery, as Supernewsroom.AI launches a Claude integration to help businesses measure and improve AI visibility.

Supernewsroom.AI has launched an AI Visibility Engine for Claude, aiming to help brands understand how they are represented in AI-generated answers as search behaviour shifts from traditional results pages towards conversational discovery.

Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI applications with external tools and data sources, the new Claude integration allows brands to identify potential AI visibility gaps and benchmark their presence against competitors.

The development reflects a broader change in how consumers may discover companies, products and services. Rather than relying solely on lists of links generated by conventional search engines, users are increasingly turning to AI systems to provide direct answers to questions.

“Search is moving from a list of links to a world of answers, and that changes what visibility means for brands,” said Manminder Kaur Dhillon, Founder and CEO of Supernewsroom.AI.

Third-party information gains importance in brand discovery

Dhillon said brands increasingly need to assess whether they are being surfaced by AI systems when users ask relevant questions, rather than focusing only on conventional search rankings.

“Brands now need to understand not only whether people can find them, but whether AI is surfacing them when relevant questions are asked,” she said.

According to Supernewsroom.AI, identifying these gaps can help brands understand where additional credible third-party information may be needed to strengthen their visibility in AI-generated responses.

The company said its Claude integration extends capabilities already available through its ChatGPT integration, where brands can access AI visibility insights and other discovery tools.
