AdminRENN Asia Wellness is offering complimentary health assessments to up to 1,000 Malaysians as part of the Government’s Hari Kebangsaan and Hari Malaysia (HKHM) 2026 campaign, with the initiative aimed at encouraging greater awareness of preventive health.
The complimentary package has a stated standard value of RM500 per person, representing a potential allocation of up to RM500,000 if all 1,000 packages are taken up.
The programme comprises three assessments covering selected indicators associated with cardiovascular health, nutritional status and blood circulation — the AtCor Arterial Stiffness Test, Quantum Vitamin & Mineral Analysis and MicroCirculation Analysis.
Three assessments cover key health indicators
According to RENN Asia Wellness, the AtCor assessment measures arterial stiffness and pulse wave characteristics while also assessing central blood pressure, which can provide information beyond a conventional blood pressure reading taken from the arm.
The company said arterial stiffness and central blood pressure can provide information relevant to cardiovascular health, while stressing that the assessments are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment.
The AtCor Arterial Stiffness Test carries a stated standard value of RM300. The Quantum Vitamin & Mineral Analysis, valued at RM100, is described as a quick, non-invasive assessment of vitamin and mineral status.
The MicroCirculation Analysis, also valued at RM100, examines microcirculation through the body’s smaller blood vessels. Participants will also receive a result explanation session with the RENN Asia team at the time of assessment.
RENN Asia Wellness founder and CEO Jonathan Chew said the initiative was intended to encourage Malaysians to take a more proactive approach to their health.
“Preventive health should become part of routine health management rather than something considered only when a person feels unwell.”
“Many health conditions can develop without obvious symptoms, which means not feeling unwell does not necessarily mean that everything is fine.
“Regular assessment gives people an opportunity to understand their health better and, where necessary, take appropriate action earlier,” he said.
Programme runs until November 30
The initiative comes amid concerns over Malaysia’s growing non-communicable disease (NCD) burden. Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad has cited estimates placing the annual economic cost of NCDs at RM64.3 billion, including RM12.4 billion in direct medical costs and RM51.8 billion in productivity losses associated with absenteeism and premature deaths.
Chew said the broader objective was to provide participants with information that could support more informed health and lifestyle decisions.
“Prevention is not simply about identifying a health concern. It is about giving people information that can help them make better decisions about their health and lifestyle.”
The HKHM 2026 offer is open to new, current and former clients aged 18 and above, with one package available per person. Appointments are required, and all assessments are subject to suitability screening.
The programme runs until November 30, 2026, or until all 1,000 packages have been taken up, whichever comes first.
