The grand final was attended by distinguished guests, including Tengku Dato’ Dr Hishammuddin Zaizi and Datin Hezita Mohd Hafidz. A panel of industry representatives and personalities evaluated the finalists.

Charity contributions accompany pageant

Charitable contributions formed another part of the event, with the organisers announcing RM235,000 pledged to welfare groups and charitable organisations during the grand final.

The announcement followed a separate initiative on Oct 24 involving a RM117,500 donation and an official vehicle sponsorship for St. John Ambulance Malaysia Negeri Melaka. The sponsored vehicle was identified as the Cosmoworld Ambulance SJM 8911.

The grand final also featured the Golden Heart Awards, which recognised three individuals for their contributions to charitable causes: Dato’ KT Lau of Songju, Dato’ Sri Edison Mun, identified as a charity leader, and Datin Sri Jekkie Chin of MELIFE.

Founded by Carrie Lee Sze Kei, Miss CosmoWorld Malaysia positions itself as a platform combining pageantry with leadership, professional development and social advocacy. The organisers said the prize package was designed to provide finalists with opportunities to develop their careers through training, commercial engagements and ambassadorships.

While Venice Koo took the national title, the subsidiary awards and charitable announcements formed additional highlights of the evening, reflecting the event’s wider programme of competition, recognition and community giving.
