Happy Deepavali from all of us at Citizens Journal

As the lamps are lit tonight, we wish every reader a Deepavali filled with light, warmth and joy.

Deepavali reminds us that light grows brighter when it is shared. A single lamp lights many others without losing its own glow, much like the neighbours, friends and families across Malaysia who open their doors to one another in this festive season.

Whatever your background or faith, you are welcome at the table. May this Deepavali bring us closer, make room for everyone and help us celebrate what we share.

Wishing you and your loved ones peace, prosperity and a very Happy Deepavali.

Selamat Hari Deepavali. Iniya Deepavali Nalvazhthukkal.

With warm wishes from the CJ.MY team
