A Syariah Court Complex which was supposed to be completed by 5th December 2011 is a long way from completion.
This is not the only project which is experiencing delay in Kelantan. There are a handful of projects which has exceeded its completion date.
Other projects include the building of University Malaysia Kelantan in Jeli and the Sultan Yahya Bridge.
Looking at the situation, the construction is lagging and there is no definite date of completion.
Most of these projects are funded by the Federal Government. The main question is whether there enough funds to complete the project or that the authorities are failing to monitor the contractors.
